What we collect and why
When you send an enquiry, we receive the name, contact details, business information and message you choose to provide. We use these details to answer your request, discuss a possible project and keep a record of that conversation. We do not use the enquiry form to add you to a marketing list. You do not have to submit an enquiry, but we need a way to reply if you want an answer.
How the form is delivered
The form sends your information over HTTPS to FormSubmit (Devro LABS), which forwards it to our private email inbox. FormSubmit says it retains form submissions for 30 days. Our email provider stores the forwarded email until we delete it under our business retention practice. We aim to remove unsuccessful enquiries after 12 months unless there is a reason to keep them longer. FormSubmit and email services may process data outside the UK; consult their privacy information for details.
Hosting and cookies
Cloudflare Pages hosts this site and processes technical request information such as IP addresses and request logs to serve and protect it.
Analytics choice
With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages people visit on The Spark Creative and its Northline example, and whether an enquiry was successfully submitted. Google may set analytics cookies and process usage information outside the UK. We do not send names, email addresses or enquiry messages to Google Analytics. Google Analytics does not load until you choose “Allow analytics”. Your choice is saved in your browser, and you can change it using “Analytics settings” in the footer. Google’s privacy information explains how it processes data.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you, and you may object to or ask us to restrict some uses. You can contact us through the enquiry form or by post. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
The Northline demonstration
Northline is a fictional website example. A message sent through its form is delivered to The Spark Creative for a demonstration enquiry. No heating booking is made.
